Called Clifton View 7,amazing apartment was decorated and designed by Antonia Associates and it offers a wonderful view of the Clifton beach, of the Atlantic Ocean, and also of the Twelve Apostles mountain range in the city of Cape Town, South Africa.The redesigned space suffered complete changes and now contains four bedrooms, a gym, a wine cellar, a cinema room and an entertainment cocktail bar, making it the ideal setting for a party. The apartment also includes a large terrace for sunbathing and relaxation along with a swimming pool and spa.
The dining area connects through a spiral staircase to the entertainment rooms and several timber screens link the two levels and offer ventilation.
The rooms are designed to embrace different styles and are all tastefully chosen, most of the pieces being unique and created by the OKHA Design Studio. The illumination is subtle but offering sufficient clarity and varies according to the requirements of each of the rooms.
